    Rancho Camps fill up quickly. Due to safety and our commitment to value we maintain a strict sell-out policy.
    If a desired camp program is sold out, we encourage you to join the waitlist.
    Enrollment is conducted online and payment is processed via our secure website.

  • Payment & Deposit

    Payment
    All registrations are conducted online. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit cards.

    Deposit Option
    You will have the option to pay in full or pay a 33% deposit. The deposit is calculated from your total enrollment; and is required if you are enrolling prior to April 25. Your remaining balance will automatically be processed on April 26th.

    Full Payment Required After April 25th
    After April 25th, full payment is required for all enrollments

    Camp Discounts & Rules

    Discounts are available for all Rancho Camp Summer Programs. All discounts are calculated per registrant, not per family.

    The more weeks you enroll in Rancho Summer Camps the more you save! Our average enrollment per participant is three weeks.
    • Receive 5% Off: Enroll In 2 Or More Sessions per registrant (Sibling Discount)
    • Receive 10%: Enroll In 3-4 Or More Sessions per registrant
    • Receive 15%: Enroll In 5+ Or More Sessions per registrant

    *To receive the enrollment discounts above, you must enroll for all one-week sessions during the same transaction.
    *One-week sessions are calculated on a per-participant (not per-family) basis.

    Sibling Discounts
    • Receive 5% Off: Enroll In 2 Or More Sessions per registrant (Sibling Discount)

    Group Discounts
    • Groups are defined as 6+ families (not individual campers) all enrolling together at the same time – enrolling in the same programs is not necessary
    • Please contact us PRIOR to enrolling online in order to take advantage of a 20% discount per camper, per one-week session
    • Group discount available summer long
    • Group discounts may be available while program enrollment openings last

    IMPORTANT NOTES
    • Discounts may not be combined or used in conjunction with any other Rancho Camp promotion.
    • Discounts are only applicable for the cost of camp programs, and may not be applied to extended care, bus services (if applicable) or any other purchases unrelated to regular camp programs.

    Refund Protection Plan & Refund Policies

    Due to the limited enrollment and popularity of the Rancho Summer Camp Programs, there are no refunds for any Rancho Programs.

    We are sorry, but there are no exceptions.

    You do have two options however:

    1. Take advantage of the popular option to purchase the camp Refund Protection Plan. This will protect you from losing your full tuition should your child experience an illness during the summer. See the Refund Protection Plan details on the Enrollment Page for additional information.

    2. Cancel your camp enrollment prior to the April 25th deadline. While you will not receive a refund on your 33% per program deposit, you will not be responsible for paying the remainder of your tuition balance owed.

    Refund Protection Details

    • When you register for your programs online, you will have the option to take advantage of paying an additional fee for the Refund Protection Plan.
    • With the purchase of the Refund Protection plan, Rancho Camps will reimburse families 75% of the unused portion of all camp tuition for a complete withdrawal from each camper’s program.
    • To be eligible for this refund your request must be accompanied by a written request from a doctor.
    • All requests will be approved by the camp director and processed at the closing of the camp season.

    Important Note
    • The cost of the Refund Protection Plan is $10 per camper/per program and will cover each camper separately.
    • You must purchase the Refund Protection Plan at the same when you enroll for the camp programs.

    "Walk-up" or "Day Of" Enrollment Information

    • We empathize and understand that parents/guardians face occasional last minute solutions for children to attend a week of camp, and therefore, need to register at the last minute.
    • If you find yourself in this situation, you may enroll online up until the first day of the one-week session up to 8:15am.

    IMPORTANT NOTES
    • Please be aware there are no assurances that camp programs will not sell out. When you go to enroll online the online enrollment system will let you know if the program is available or not.
    • Fee free to contact us last minute with any questions.

    Pro-Rated Enrollment

    • Our enrollment system does not allow you to enroll online for a partial week or program. Prorated requests must occur over the phone and/or email.
    • Parents may not request or enroll for a prorated week without the permission from the camp office.
    • If you are in a situation where your camper cannot attend the entire week then Rancho Camps may be flexible depending upon availability of your desired camp program.
    • Prorated camper tuition will require at least a payment of 3 full days of camp, regardless of how many days the camper(s) may attend.
    • If the camper attends 4 days of camp then the tuition will be adjusted accordingly to account for the 4 out of the 5 days of camp.

    IMPORTANT NOTES
    • Decisions on prorated weeks of camp is based on availability and ultimately at the discretion of the camp director.

    Transferring From One Program To Another OR Transferring To Another Week

    • If you wish to transfer your child(ren) from one camp program to another or to another week in the same camp season, please communicate with the camp office.

    Transfer rules are the following:
    • There is no guarantee we can fulfill your request to be transferred to another program or week if that program is already sold out.
    • It is recommended you request a transfer 2 weeks in advance week prior to the start date of the original camp program.
    • The camp program must be available and not sold out (see website for availability).
    • If there is an increase in tuition, parent/guardian is responsible for paying the difference of the camp tuition.
    • If there is a decrease in tuition, parent/guardian is ineligible for a credit from the difference in the balance.
    • All transfers are at the sole discretion of the Camp Director.
